About Investment
The project is localised at a quiet and picturesque village of Jasień, neighbouring Brzesko, at the Nowy Świat Street. The building plot No 1329/10 is sitauted on the hill, providing the residents with a beautiful panoramic view of the town.
The building consists of 12 comforatble apartments, 12 tentant’s storage units and 4 individual garages. Large balconies or individual terraces at particular apartments provide additional space.
At the project site vegetation will be planted and free parking places will be prepared.
At the village centre, 1 km away, there is a primary school and church. The town situated nearby provides access to other infrastructure and necessary services.
The project site is well communicated:
- 1.6 km to the Kraków-Tarnów National Road No 94 exit,
- 1.3 km to Brzesko-Nowy Sącz National Road No 75 exit,
- 4.6 km to Brzesko motorway A4 exit.
The housing estate is neighboured by green meadows and single family dwellings. The place is extremely peaceful, safe and allows for living in a communion with nature.
The apartments will be given over for use in the basic condition as built by the developer, all the community areas will be finished off with high quality materials.
The construction works are planned to be completed at the end of 2020.

General Construction Works:
- external masonry walls of the building, constructed from porous ceramic blocks,
- reinforced ferro-concrete foundations,
- reinforced ferro-concrete ceillings
- wooden roof truss, covered with roof tile sheets,
- PVC window frames - in the apartments with the heat transfer coefficient at Uw 1.1 kW/ m2, with micro-tilts,
- garage swing gates, no automatic control,
- security entrance doors to the apartments, no doors inside the apartments,
- aluminium entrance door to the building,
- internal lime-cement plasters of the 3rd category, bathroom and kitchen walls not tiled,
- smooth trowelled cement screeds, floors not finished, no floor tiles,
- staircase: walls coated with washable paints, ceramic floor tiles, granite steps,
- steel powder-sprayed staircase and balcony balustrades,
- terracota on the balconies,
- building elevations coated with silicate or acrylic plaster on 15cm styrofoam layer coloured in line with the design,
- staircases and community areas coated with emulsion paints.
Electrical Works:
- installed eletrical outlets, lighting connections with terminal blocks, no lamps or switches in the apartments,
- shielded fittings and switches in the staircases, boiler plants and cellars,
- entryphone system complete with full equipment,
- telephone system with the telephone outlet,
- three-phase power system for an electric cooker, complete with a junction box (no cooker installed),
- electric energy meters in the staircases,
- satellite TV and radio receiver system with 1 outlet in the living room
- internet receiving system with one outlet in the living room,
- in the garage one electrical socket, prepared electrical outlet for a possible future gate automatic control system to be installed.
Sanitary Works (Equipment):
- heating generated by a double-function gas boiler with a closed condensation combustion chamber, hanging on the bathroom wall in the apartment,
- water supply and sewage disposal system: PEX polypropylene piping systems in the apartments, cold water meter situated in the corridor, PVC sewage disposal piping system, sanitary systems installed without the sanitary whiteware,
- central heating system: PEX polypropylene piping systems in the apartments, installed inside protective corrugated pipes, installed in the floors, steel panel heaters with thermostatic valves, water floor heating systems in the bathrooms plus heated towel rail (ladder heater).
External Works:
- garage driveways paved with concrete blocks,
- cultivated lawns and green areas.
